hi there.....i am a engineer working with Timber framing for Residential/farm houses .after checking your description carefully i noticed that we can co-operate to design the residential properties that you have , i will give you a detailed drawing for each floor plan with all wood sections used -we use the common sections available in USA like doubled beams 12''x2'' ,6''x6''..etc according to the CBC-,i usually use BIM programs to calculate the loads and use the proper elements of beams and columns and frame supports,so please let me know what is the final output that you need and the used program.
