Need Russian to English Transcriber

To change the bid I have to type here something, so here is the deal: 1st milestone for $60 for the Russian transcription of 3 hours of video files. 2nd milestone for the translation of the yet unknown amount of words for $0.02 per word from Russian to English - to be calculated later according to the number of the words in the transcription.
