The agent will be responsible for receiving outbound calls verifying client data (name, phone number, email) Email Invoices to client. The agent will have a script where he/she will use to answer all enquiries from client. Average time per call 2-3 minutes. Technical Requirements Stable > 10 Mbps Internet connection speed Windows/Mac computer with Google Chrome browser USB Headset with noise cancelling Silent working environment (without background noise) Working Conditions Work From Home Target country: USA Working day: 9am-6pm (EST-New York time) Performance bonuses & incentives Paid breaks: Lunch: 1pm-2pm (EST) Hours of work: 40 Hr / week

Hello, I have good experience in outbound calls was employed by a company that provides services for people and other companies. We offered high-speed internet connection, electronic devices, cable channels, tv-boxes by AT&T and other companies. A quota of 75 calls per shift was my minimum. I also made a lot of call-backs for potential (closing customers). Creativity is a key in how good a performance is met, for example making a DIY list on who is a potential closing customer and reminder of certain details.
