i have been in a call centre industry for almost 9 years supporting US and Australian employees and customers. Since I am a Filipino, our 2nd language is English, and starting studying it since primary until college. I have a clear voice and you can be assured that you will learn and pronounce words and sentences in an understandable and clear manner. I plan to do it, 2 hours for 10 days. I think thats just right phase. I have been teaching some locals(Malays) which are my friends and currently they are better than before.
