Female voice over for Youtube, in English and Romanian

I am looking for a female freelancer with a pleasant voice, to read two short texts (about 1200 words each), one in English and one in Romanian. The tone should be motivational and inspiring, it is going to be used for an educational Youtube video.
A high quality microphone is a must. If you are good at audio editing (noise reduction) that is a plus.
If everything goes well, we can start working together on the long term, I have much more such tasks.
