As a Freelance Call Center or Phone Support Agent you will be working from home, calling potential online study respondents.
Job description:
* call potential online study respondents to obtain their contact details (email, fax or alternate tel) or to follow up on their participation
* entry of all obtained information and phone reactions
* interact with market research team for briefing and feedback
* calls must be made between 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday depending on the country-assigned respective time zone, e.g. Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa or America
* payment will be 3 USD/HR
* to work 2-4 hours per day (max 20 hours per week)
* payments is processed once, monthly
Qualifications:
* call center or phone support experience
* fluent English and Italian speaker
* ability to speak in other languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese) is a PLUS but not necessary
* experience in market research, marketing, lead generation or data base administration
* excellent techniques and abilities to obtain required information on the phone
* ability to apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call
* ability to use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone
* use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
* understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
* outstanding communication skills, persuasiveness, adaptability, initiative, judgement, voice skills, tenaciousness, resilience, negotiation skills, work under pressure, high energy level, data entry skills
* have computer, microphone, headphones and an internet connection at home
