Translate 700 phrases from English to Portuguese (Brazil) for software application

I need translation services from English to Portuguese . My software application has about 1600 phrases. A large portion of this task has already been done by another translator for an earlier version of the application. Approximately 700 PHRASES NEED TO BE TRANSLATED.
I've generated an initial translation of each phrase using an online translator. So some of them will be correctly translated, some will be close, and some will be very wrong. This task requires correcting every phrase that needs correcting, including matching the same case as the original. For example, ALL CAPS should remain so in the translation.
The person bidding on this task must be fluent in both languages - English and Portuguese, have strong writing skills in Portuguese, and have a computer background since these phrases are for use in a computer software program using some computer terminology.
A spreadsheet containing all phrases is attached so that the work can be reviewed before accepting the job. The phrases which need translating have been color-coded for easy identification.
