Excel Based Management Tool
We are a new start up company which is looking for an excel solution of a company management tool. The tool should include the following sheets:
The dashboard shows all company related information eg. current financial situation / pending inquiries / order management status / ...
All those data can be extracted out of additional spread sheets
2. Profit and Loss
To know where we are we need a profit and loss statement which shows the current status based on actual and actual vs budget situation
3. Spending Tracker
Here we would like to input all our spendings in different currencies which will be converted based on the daily exchange rate into a fixed currency and automatically update the Profit and Loss tables
4. Order Overview Table
This table should actually show all orders with the key financial information like purchasing / selling price / margin / delivery date / ...
5. Purchase and Sale Order Generator
As our business is a trading based business we would need a generator which generates the orders for us
6. Supplier / Manufacture Database
Two independent databases which contains supplier and manufacture information which can support the order generator to issue a new purchase order
