Currently seeking Administrative Assistant. The ideal candiate is dependable, energetic, ambitious, detail-oriented, well organized with strong interpersonal skills. Must enjoy working with others in a fast paced environment and be able to embrace a diverse range of duties which includes sales. Ability to interface between the sales, art and finance departments as well as contribute to the sales effort of the overall organization. Computer proficiency a must - Excel (including formulas), Word and Outlook. Strong writing, math and verbal skills are necessary. Data Entry is a must. The right person for this position has the ability to think on their feet and turn on a dime.
