Would require to automatically fill the different required shifts on weekdays (9+) and weekends (5+) for max 25 employees. Ability to rate importance of each shift. Ability to rate each employee for every type of particular shift (from 5 to 0 - 5 being best and 0 not covering these type of shifts) Ability to set Holidays. Ability to set pre-defined days off. Additional Rules : Late Shifts can't be followed by a morning shift. Vast majority would require 2 days off in a row. Automation : Best employee assigned to most important duty/shift and so on.
