Hi, I am a college student and I am currently trying to automate a testing procedure so that I can stop doing it manually. In our college lab we have two keithley 2410 sourcemeters and 1 LC574A Lecroy oscilloscope and one NI GPIB USB HS Network adapter. I would like to connect these devices together and use a NI GPIB-USB adapter to connect to my laptop and write Excel VBA to control all of these devices. I have no experience of connecting such devices together and automating data acquisition using Excel VBA through GPIB. And I am little bit short on time therefore learning curve would be a little bit time consuming. I need somebody help and guide me through the process (what software and drives to install in my laptop) and write the Excel VBA to that sends commands and gets the results automatically. I have attached the details of testing here. Please go through it for details of how they are supposed to work. Let me know if you have any questions.
