Compare files to previous day's files and report differences

I receive (via email) files every day from 3 different manufacturers. These files contain SKUS, inventory levels, costs, and other product information. 3 samples attached (2 are csv, 1 is xls) All 3 have different layouts.
I need an automated report of everything that has changed in each file when compared to the previously received file (at the SKU level)
For example, if I receive the file "Inventory_Forecast_UPC" today and "ModelNumber" (aka SKU) ACR4 has Availability of 24, then tomorrow I received the file and the Availability is 23, I need a report (preferably emailed to me) that shows this change.
The report could be xls or text, output like this:
ModelNumber,Changed Field Name,Previous Value, Current Value
ACR4,Available,24,23
Or it could show the previous days' row and the updated row like this:
ACR4 24 0 879297006350
ACR4 23 0 879297006350
I also need to know which items are in the file that were not in the previous day's file.
so if today there is no row for model number ACR4, but tomorrow there is a row with the model number, I need to know it was added to the fill.
I also need to know what items were removed from the file.

Hi. I checked the csv file with the data. Here is my suggestion. I will write a program which you can run on windows and will check your email. It will download the file, read it, track changes etc.

It will then send you an email with the changes, in an excel or ever better a simple email with all the changes so you wont have to open files etc. I can start today and I will need 1-2 days.
