FINCA requires the temporary services of a qualified Consultant with strong data analysis and visualization skills. The Consultant will take an active role in analysis of both primary and secondary data, visualization and presentation of results.
•Conduct descriptive and regression analysis using both primary and secondary data;
•Develop SPSS syntaxes as needed;
•Prepare visualizations on client business, satisfaction and market trends;
•Prepare presentations based on the analyzed data and visualizations.
•Expert-level proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS and Stata,
•Solid organizational skills, particularly for electronic files and data.
•Working knowledge of data visualization (e.g. Tableau, Adobe Illustrator, Excel)
•Working proficiency of geographic visualization packages (e.g. QGIS, ArcGIS)
•Database programing (e.g. SQL, Python)
•Familiarity with digital data collection platforms (e.g. ODK)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- MBA/MA candidate in statistics, international development, economics or relevant field
- Experienced BA candidates also encouraged to apply
•Conduct descriptive and regression analyses using internal survey data. Integrate secondary data into analysis as needed.
•Prepare presentations (visualizations) on client business, jobs, incomes, satisfaction, loyalty and market trends.
•Prepare presentation documents with comprehensive visualization and insights from data analysis.

As assigned weekly, to a maximum of 400 hours, over 3 to 6 months. Minimum availability of 20 hours in any given week.
