Review attached document. I am requesting you to do: - Come up with a solution which makes it possible to choose one or more position in the cell position (on each sheet, about 16 sheets in a total). And we should be able to calculate total hours. This should then be transferred to the categorization sheet. I am not interested in a drop-down list with several choices. - It should be able to track position by hours on the sheet “categorization”. - It should be able to track the department by hours on the sheet “categorization” (as it is done today). - This applies to two documents, but request is the same. You do it on one, more or less copy paste to another one.

I've seen your job requirement and attached files which having 16 separate sheets. You can not make what you want by using only EXCEL. I can do your job using Talend Open Studio and Excel within 5~6 hours. I am an expert of Data Entry with Excel. Python, Talend Open Studio.
