A degree in Accounting , is a must.
You would work from home. A reliable internet connection is required. You would be required to start and be on-line with the office on AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time 9 am to 5 pm).
• Accounting, including Writing reports, Looking at costs, Invoicing, Accounts payable / receivables, Scheduled payments, Financial consideration of objectives set by the Company, general ‘number crunching\', cash flow projections, Manage customer terms and discounts, submit new line forms to various customer groups.
• Purchasing, including Database Management, Manage product categories, Tracking import orders, Control of inwards goods, Forecasting, Reporting, Ordering within time frames and planning.
• Inventory, including Stock control, Financial and sales expectations of short shelf life products, Forecasting, Analyse stock flow trends, Timely management of inwards and outwards goods
• Administration, Assist in reps sales planners to organize sales runs.
• Advanced Excel & Excellent Computer skills a must - Only advance excel users need apply.

• Ability to write SQL scripts an advantage.

I am a certified professional(Equivalent to CPA) from India. I am having 4 years of experience in the field of accounting, bookkeeping, finance and auditing. I am currently working with few CPA of Australia so I also have good knowledge of GST.
I am already using MYOB for maintaining accounts of my various clients located in Australia. I am having an expert level of knowledge in Excel.
Regarding my availability, I cannot work for full time on this job right now as I have previous commitment.
