Sales Quotation Management application

I own a Communications distribution company and I am looking for a customer sales quotation application to be written for my customer service personnel for product based sales quotations. We have 30 different supplier price lists that are provided in exel or pdf format. At present quotations to customers are provided in MS exel via manual data entry after referencing to the relevant supplier price lists. This process is way too time consuming and too slow for our current requirements. These price lists we recieve from our suppliers may be: *a general list price with a % discount to be applied to obtain our cost price. * a price list with our cost price ( no discount required to obtain our cost price) * Price lists come in AUS, US and EUR. I am looking for someone to write an application that allows me to import these price lists into a database and provide customer service staff with the ability to generate quotations of one/several suppliers in one quotation. The application shall allow: IMPORTING * Importing of pdf and exel based price lists. * The ability to apply a 0-50% discount when importing. (where suppliers use a retail list price and offer a % discount) * The ability to convert from US and EUR to Aus when importing. (a manual entry of exchange rates is fine) * The ability to add duty and freight where required to provide accurate landed costs. EXCHANGE RATE *The ability to modify the exchange rate at anytime to update our cost price to a particular currency (price list are only issued every 6/12 months, and we need to cater for exchange rate variation in between price lists updates) FINANCIAL * There is no requirement for this to be linked to our financial billing system. SALES QUOTATION PROCESS * The ability to select products from the database via : a searchable field on part number or description to build a quotation. * The ability to apply a preselected/manual list of % markups to generate the customer price on the quotation. * The ability to apply these markups by line item or by overall quotation. * The % markups applied shall not be visible in the quotation provided to the customer. * To have multi user access to the database simultaneously (for up to 6 customer service/sales staff) * To provide an 5 digit auto numbering system when sales staff select a new quotation. * The ability to save quotations. . PRESENTATION * The ability to produce/generate a quotation to the client in MS exel style spreadsheet with the usual quotation header and company logo, company terms and conditions etc. * (Optional) The ability to select customer email details from MS Exchange customer contacts for direct email of quotations. * No web based pricing is required. OS The OS system we use is Windows SBS servers, with Windows Vista and Win7 PC's. Sample price lists will be provided for reference puroposes if required.
