Calculating take off quantity for the project to ascertain the project cost.
Periodical calculation of project cost to completion, assessment of, turnover, raising monthly internal invoice and cost statement etc.
Finalisation of budget for the year including cash flow statement etc.
Raising monthly client bill, assessing additional scope of work.
Checking technical specifications, tender documents and carry out quantity surveying functions etc.
Finalisation of work order for subcontractor, labour contractor and their bills.
Co-ordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal finance department for smooth running of bill certification process from submission of bill to receiving / disbursing payment.
Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
Contract Administration
Detail analysis of provisions of contract and preparation of contract appreciation document.
Handling contractual correspondence with contractors and client.
Conversant with FIDIC contract (Red book & Yellow Book).
Submission & Evaluation of various claims relating to additional work.
Change management and value engineering in execution phase.
