We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years' experience in advertising and telephone sales. Job description " Selling online advertising packages " Selling banner ads (websites, bi-monthly e-magazines & fortnightly e-newsletters) " Maintain routine contact with existing customers to determine needs/requirements " Engage with customers by phone and build rapport " Educate customers on services/key features " Maintain and update contact/client database " Liaison with management " Prepare sales reports " Able to work flexible hours Skills needed " Strong people skills " Excellent communication/phone skills " Customer service skills " Self-motivated " Passionate sales focus " Positive and professional attitude " Friendly manner " Confidence in a sales environment " Able to build strong working relationships " Strong desire to learn Qualifications " Written and spoken English " Computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel) Minimum 25-30 hrs per week- payment is monthly on an ongoing month by month basis
