Take two call log reports and create a pivot table for 2017 & 2018. Each pivot should have the following eight columns: Tracking# Tracking # region Caller City Source Source Detail Time of call rounded to the nearest 1/2 hour Date Receiving# Then report out on each pivot and advise on the following questions: 1. What were the top 10 tracking numbers with tracking number regions in 2017 and 2018 2. Aggregate all the caller city to advise which cities had the most calls in 2017 and 2018 3. What are the best performing Sources in 2017 and 2018 4. What are the best performing Source Details in 2017 and 2018 5. Aggregate the dates and show when are the busiest months in 2017 and 2018 6. Aggregate the time and show what are the busiest times of the day in 2017 and 2018 The final result should be one excel file, with seven tabs. 2017 Raw Dat 2017 PIvot 2017 Results 2018 Raw Data 2018 Pivot 2018 Results 2017 & 2018 combined results
