I am looking to advertise in social media a Job Ad in order to obtain a larger pool of local candidates that fit the profile I am looking for. The marketing campaign needs to concentrate in the specific area where the role will be located (Sydney, Australia - CBD Inner suburbs towards Rockdale). I would like an experienced social media marketer who can design and implement this small project (I need to review plan and make sure targets the people I want to recruit - Return to work mums and University students) Please keep in mind my company doesn't have a Facebook, twitter or Instagram, so I must do this without opening an account.
