I need help with creating a valuation model, potential investor IRR model and investor return on investment for a startup renewable company. The company has most of its financial models done. The need is to get help to tie everything together in a simple document that demonstrates clearly the potential value of the company using 4-5 different methods. I need a freelancer that is an expert in finance. Has preferably Masters in Finance or Accounting and can show past examples of this type of work. The company will break into a holding company and SPV's. I need valuation on the project side as well as valuation on the holdco side. The job is: - Valuation report based upon our inputs - Valuation of a specific SPV based upon 7 years forecast and using best case/worst case. - Valuation of holdco based upon best case and worst case scenario - Identify M&A transactions within the space to use as examples of exit valuations for similar projects.
