Write 10 Articles. The articles must be related to economy, finance, a specific economic developments or related to a company. It can also be a set of companies which you believe they will perform well in the future and they are good for a dividend portfolio (include the history of it, what has the company made, what the media has wrote about it, financial info, valuation models). You must provide the title and any related companies in advance. The article must be at least 700 words but it can go up to 3000. Max price for FIRST 10 trial reports is $5 (10x$5 milestones). If our editorial team is satisfied with the quality the price can be higher and we may pay a bonus. You also have to make the reports/articles easy to read AND NO PLAGIARISM (COPY PASTE) . Meaning, that the outfit should be clean, no grammatical errors, proper English language used etc. References / used source must be shown for every claim and data that you include in the report. Excel files must be included and with calculations you made (if any). I hope I can find someone who would be interested to make several more reports, maybe up to 5 per week (Maybe more in the Long-term). For those I pay of course separately. In terms of payment, I am looking to pay up to $5 per article(after reviewing it and checking for authenticity) but for EXCEPTIONAL quality (I.e. 15 pages report with proper analysis) reports I could pay (after reviewing it) up to $100. But because this is going to be used in our investors newsletter I can only pay if the quality is accepted by our editorial team. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Sales analysis (Geographical breakdown) Cost structure Profitability analysis Risks Valuation with a target price (either with multiples or a DCF or a combination. Include the following: • Recent results announcement (quarterly or annual whatever is the most recently announced) • Short and long-term growth catalysts • An outlook for the most important elements (sales, Costs (including a breakdown), EBITDA, EBIT, EBT and Net profits) • Network outlook. Sales per store/online • Geographical sales breakdown • What may influence sales • What may influence costs (which ones) • How are those quantified? • Historical move in geographical and product split • How margins moved in the past how are they expected to move in the future • Valuation this details DCF, EV/EBITDA and PE are preferred • The main competitors and the main financial measures (table) and comments • Main scenario, upside and downside risks • Valuation sensitivity • Concluding remarks.
