Need Talented Graphics Designer

We are an advertising company in the U.S. that needs to find a skilled graphics designer that can work as a freelance designer for 5 - 10 projects a month. We would like to find someone available for a 12 month term. Your designs will be delivered in a mix of formats (primarily Photoshop PSDs), and used on the web, print, and TV. We expect the projects to average 3-5 hours of work each, with one draft and one final version for each project. Each project will need to be done in 2 days, and we will pay upon delivery. Payment will average around $15 per hour for basic work and $25 per hour for advanced work. We will select a freelancer based upon their portfolio. We are looking for an experienced designer with a flexible and unique style. Please add links to your portfolio in a PM. Bids without a portfolio will not be considered. A mix of web, print and TV designs in your portfolio will be beneficial. The first project will be a web page design displaying a series of photographs for a photographer, one large center photo and up to 24 thumbnail images. We will provide additional information about the work and our company to the 3-4 best candidates for the job. Thank you.
