Website Designer Needed

We are a company specialising in assisting organisations and the people in organisations 'change' to either perform better or get different results. We specialise in change management, leadership and culture change. With 2 different divisions and having been established for 17 years, we are about to finish a complete overhaul of logo’s and marketing collateral, and, thanks to a communications specialist, all our new website content is written....however..... ....It is now time to translate all this work into our greatest marketing brochure and interaction tool – our website. So, we are seeking an experienced website designer to work with us to create our new and dynamic website. The successful designer will have experience in SEO. The site must be attractive, easy to navigate and user friendly. It must have a simple to use content management system that we can modify ourselves, and designed to achieve optimum search engine results. It will also need to be set up for the ability to link to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & RSS (although not needed immediately.) An online store is not required at this stage. We will have 1 site, which will profile the 2 brands in separate sections. Each brand will have approximately 10-20 pages to it (tbc) The successful designer will take our desired ‘look and feel’ and provide us with a several ‘concept/mock up' options that they feel meet the criteria for sign off and only then design the site – ie they will want to partner with us in the journey of creating the site, and offering their creative expertise and suggestions along their way – as well as gather our feedback and incorporate changes. The site will need to be credible, professional and visually clean and calming, yet also playful and memorable. The site will need to have depth (ie not completely static), include a search function option, and the designer will need to find and modify existing images so they fit into the look and feel we want. We are big on the look and feel representing our brand. Part of this project is also to create a newsletter template which is aligned with the look and feel of the site. We are particularly looking for designers that have created sites for companies specialising in selling a service instead of a physical product (such as restaurants, cars etc).
