Hello, i'm an unreal engine pc developer. I can clone the game you wanted as mechanics wise, or make a similar game. I will only make the foundation of the mechanics at given price and time: Random world generating, Character movements, Score system, Road stage, water stage and train stage. If you want more features like save the scores, coins and other extra things i can make them but i need to charge more. Have a nice day.
