copy paste text in the right places

I need someone to create a different version of an Austrian law based on the amendments published in the BGBL. There are 8 amendments, each containing several changes, in this form "in clause 6 paragraph 2 read "abc..."". I need some to paste the changes into a word file so I would have the full wording of the law for each year. So for example, the law is from 1975, and the first amendment is 1980, so I need someone to copy the changes listed in the 1979 amendment in their proper place replacing the relevant closes from 1975. then save it as 1979. then take the 1979 file and change it according to the 1986 amendments and save as 1986. in the end i should have 8 files, each with the full text of the law as it was in each year. some german is needed as the orders in the text are in german. the law is attached in the files
