We are a Southern California litigation law firm that handles public sector litigation, labor and employment law and more. We are looking for an experienced lawyer or someone within the legal field to write us a blog post on "Mistakes to Avoid When Handling ADA Accommodation Requests". We need an original title and a blog post around 500 words. It needs to be understandable, not by lawyers, but the average reader. It also needs to cover all the important bases. Freelancer needs to be savvy and base the blog post off of current California laws. Please send us your legal writing samples at dmanon@smitlaw.com.
