Looking for writer for PhD thesis editing / re-writing

I have a PhD thesis of UK University which already completed all chapters. I am looking for a professional academic writer / editor for fixing the followings items for me: Items fixed in this project: 1. Proof read all chapters; 2. Re-write / edit all chapter in UK english grammar.
