App and Wed Data Co-ordination & Presentation -- 2

Choovie is a web/ios/android platform which sells dynamically priced cinema tickets for over 50 different cinemas across Australia. We want to establish a single view on Tableau for all of our key pieces of data coming from (Google Analytics - web traffic) and Firebase (iOS & Android app traffic). Note – we are currently using Firebase to collect app traffic data, however if there are other platforms which perform this task better or are more easily integrated into Tableaux, we are more than happy to consider them. The first part of the project will be to review the data requirements and ensure that the correct data is coming from Google Analytics & Firebase. Part 2 is to review/establish the connections from the data sources to our reporting tool - Tableaux so all the data is coming into a single place. Note – Firebase data cannot feed directly into Tableaux, hence we have established a connection via Big Query. Finally, we'd like to create some dashboards in Tableaux to easily view and analyse the data. Key to being awarded the project is an excellent technical understanding of each of the programs - Firebase, GA and Tableaux. We have internal analytical capability so have a very firm grasp on what data we need and why, it is the technical capability that we are lacking. Determining the integrity of the incoming data is absolutely critical to the outcome of this project, so knowledge of or experience in app data is a must.
