**** PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT DO ALL THESE TASK VIA SCREEN SHARE *** *** WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE YOU DIRECT ACCESS OR ANY PASSWORDS *** You will be working DURING PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (Between 10 am and 3 pm)PST Need to setup new GCP server (Few Different Sites, Static Site, Dynamic Sites with PHP/MySQL,, domain pointing, SSL installation, FTP access, move files from old server to new one. Set up proper security permissions, DDOS protection etc. Basically moving from other servers to GCP. You will do this with me via Screen Share only. Answer any questions I might have - In you quote, please add 2 Hours Q/A + troubleshooting time to properly answer my question. I will purposly break the sites and ask you to help me fix them. 1.) You will help me move static website 2.) You will help me move 3 PHP/MySQL Sites 3.) We will test with dummy domain before making the sites live 4.) You will help me configure proper security permission including protection DDOS, Set Up Load Balancer, SSL, CDN etc 5.) You will work via SCREEN SHARE only (NO DIRECT ACCESS will be given) 6.) You will PROVIDE 2 Hours of Chat/Screen Share support to answer any question and fix various issues.

I am glad to come across your project. I have 5 years of experience in GCP and 10 years of IT Experience. Most of the work I have done consists precisely of an installation/Migration of websites and mysql data bases. You need someone who is knowledgeable in various specialities and has performed similar migrations. . I know the amount of hours for planning and execution for a successful migration.I am more than willing to explain my price. Of Course, I have several questions. However, here is a quick step project outline. These are steps off the top of my head and can provide a more detailed plan. I am not the cheapest but you will have someone who has done this type of migrations a long time and will never leave a project until is complete.. 1). Perform inventory of sites and data migration 2). Meet with client to verify migration path 3). Build out GCP infrastructure VPC, VPN, Compute Engine, Firewalls, etc 4). Verified GCP Connect to VPN 5). Perform security scan of settings 6). Setup and configure Instances and virtual disk 7). Fully patch all Operating Systems 8). Meet with client to discuss end user interruption and tolerance for each service. 9). Install and configure server solutions. 10). Test,Test, Test 11).
