Photo Touching 1000 photos

We have a Real Estate website that allows users to upload their home photos, but many users upload low quality photos. Some have very bad lighting, others need rotation, and others need some work and photo touching to make them look great. We decided to hire a freelancer to do this photo touching for our users photos. This project is for photo touching 1000 photos, however, after successfully completing this project, and if we are satisfied with the results, we will probably hire you to work with us continuously. We expect you to produce for us amazing photos like the two nice photos we attached to this post. i.e. we expect you to do the following: 1. Perfect the lighting 2. Adjust photo rotation if needed 3. Remove pixelation 4. Use airbrushing to perfect the photo 5. Remove text or logos or trademarks from the photo 6. Do all the tricks that can make the photo look near to PERFECT. We understand that some photos are low quality by nature, and that the cameras used were not good, and that the photo you have is of low resolution, but we still expect you to create amazing results :) To qualify for our selection, we expect you to photo touch the 20 attached sample photos, and to create a (Before/After) version of each one of them. Some of the photos are not very bad, but we want you to make them perfect. We will not look into any bid unless you attach the before/after version of each of the 20 photos. We basically want to make sure that you can create the type of work we are looking for. Good luck
