Build a Website, right to URS

User Requirement Specification: 1. Open source or cheap web-design program which uses graphics and coding (for me as a dummy graphics work better and which enables me to develop the site on my own). Please advice me. 2. I heard Linux is more common, thus Linux programming. (if there are problem with that discuss with me) 3. Comprehensive tutorial (links, YouTube etc) for the administration and future development of the site (I would like to be in full control of things). You do not need to make one but show me where I find all information I might require. 4. Advice on the selection of a hosting server ( I would like to have unique control of the site, which includes 4 domains all leading to my main domain example .com .ch .fr .de shall all bring me to one master site i.e. .ch ) 5. Similar features like [login to view URL] site (the programming is not suitable, as windows) and I will do the customizing while you do programming (I guess 1 or 2 Skype session are required for that) with a combination of features from other sites, depending also what is possible/agreed upon: As an example only: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] with features of the SGS site…. • what we do • about us • contact • mission statement • language • orange/ grey color • etc…. • Same popping up heading • Same 3 language selection • Same flash popping up options and headers for secondary site (just title site) i.e. “what we do” and “our company” • Same mission statement/blog style message • Setting up email addresses such as inf at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] at [login to view URL] etc • Different name ( I provide it) • Different background picture ( which can be added by me at the end of point 5) • No video For secondary pages: • Just the general framework like [login to view URL] as a template which I can double and adapt and multiply and add to the main page (part of your tutorial point 3). This shall include a. similar layout, b. photos c. video d. blog e. newsletter 6. Setting Google ad on and links that my site will be optimized for spider reach from Google. Links and tutorial how to maintain and improve google appearance for the future better. 7. Free assistance if required for up to 2 month in case any of the above 6 points appear to show problems and cannot be solved by myself. Basically a guarantee. This includes also pictures videos blogs etc I may like to add and customize. I will pay in mile stones, in the following order which is expected to be chronologic Points 1 to 4 are 10% Point 5 are 35% Point 6 are 35% Point 7 are 20% (after 2 month after completion of point 6) The work must be orderly, complete, comprehensive (in word or powerpoints that I can store and read and use as a guide especially for the tutorials) I request all files to be transmitted. (My max Budget for exceptional work is 750 Dollar, over that I will self train and do it myself)
