Gallery T-Shirt Website. Designers sell, We print and Ship.

Please Read Entire project before bidding. Looking for a Coder not a project manager. I am looking to have a website coded from scratch with Ruby on Rails. It will be a gallery T-Shirt site where T-Shirt designers can make an account with their E-mail or Facebook. The Designer will have a storefront where they can upload designs using a template. Their designs will then be available for purchase online. Once a customer buys a designer's shirts, my company will Print and Ship the shirt. The designer will be paid a royalty on each shirt they sell, Paid bi-weekly to their pay pal account, that they will have linked to their profile. The site will have its own built-in Shopping cart. The layout will be basic. Each designer will have their own storefront and profile page. People with a profile will be able to follow other designers, have their own Avatar, and be able to track their shirts sold and money earned. I also must be able to have an admin panel to track everything on the website and fill orders. A basic T-Shirt mockup template must also be created and be available for download to the designers. Site must have a Browse-able gallery with Categories sorted by "Popular," and" Newest." Some Branding and Logo design must also be included. I want a site very similar to [login to view URL] .
