Revamp my WordPress website into fresher Web 2.0 look/feel

I would like to get a quote on revamping my company website: [login to view URL] It is on the uDesign theme (which I’d like to keep), but I’m also willing to move to the Avada Theme (I have purchased both already). uDesign: [login to view URL] Avada: [login to view URL] I want to make it more of a ‘web 2.0’ type site (cleaner, more ‘white space’, a little more muted colors). One site I like (that is in my same basic field is [login to view URL]). I like this site for the general ‘web 2.0’ feel and I really like the ‘website design’ page. My two main services are: • SEO • Website Design … so I’d like to be sure that we emphasize those. I will be offering (through partnership relationships): • Video Marketing for Jewelers • Social Media Management for Jewelers … so I’d like to have these on the site, too, but not with as much emphasis on the front page. I can serve any industry, but I have a relationship with the publisher of the #1 magazines in these industries, so I get a lot of business in these industries: • Jewelry Industry (independent jewelry store owners) • Funeral Homes • Smoke Shops (this is new, so I don’t have anything on the site about this yet) I like the Portfolio section of Avada and also the [login to view URL] site. The thing I like about the Avada portfolio is filterability (because it’s neat) and the ability to add some details about the project (ecommerce, etc.). What I like about the other is the simplicity and the fact that under the item is the ability to ‘click to visit the site’. I don’t think that I need to have a super-deluxe slider on the front page. With only two main items that I feature (SEO and websites), there isn’t a lot to filter through the slider, but I’m open to suggestions. I kind of like the simplicity of the ‘[login to view URL]’ site – with the three call to action buttons as to why the person is on the site. As far as color schemes, I like the way that the Avada theme stays within the same color palette throughout the site with it's icons (main color with black/grey/white). I don’t like how uDesign uses multi-colored icons on their front page. I think that looks busy. On the jewelry websites page I have now, I have a bunch of color schemes, etc. that I have available with a few of the main templates that we use. I would probably forgo those for actual websites we’ve created (as I now have a decent portfolio to show), so our Portfolio section would be live websites, not just templates. All code must be 'clean' code that works well with WordPress -- I don't like any hard-coding to the core/theme/plugin files, unless absolutely necessary and pre-approved by me. On-page attributes must be driven by WordPress coding, not cut/pasted HTML. Hopefully that gives you some insight into what I’d like done with my site. Please include the word 'homerun' as the first word in your proposal to let me know that you have read through these details. Any proposal without that word will be deleted immediately. All changes must be made within WordPress (not just a PSD mock-up that I have to deploy). Any and all graphics created must be included in PSD format so that I can edit in the future if necessary (or in the original format provided by the supplier if you are purchasing stock photos).
