Web design, build and SEO (Wordpress): E-Commerce Business Directory

1. Full web design and development of an e-commerce South African online business directory for a niche market(to be disclosed later). 2. I have written and designed all the pages to get the ball rolling. However, it will need editing to improve design, SEO and content quality. This is to be used as a basis but the developer is free to make any changes provided the client is kept informed and consulted. 3. Niche businesses should be able to add and edit their listing and upload various documents based on their membership package (1 free & 3 paid membership packages). 4. Wordpress Content Management System to be used with a list of plugins and customization to address some of the technical features eg. Wordpress Business Directory plugin, Features model, upload documents module, star ratings module etc. 5. Advanced search tool with various filters to assist business finders in finding the right niche business listed on the directory. 6. Different features and priority rankings based on membership package selected by niche business. 7. Top ranking feature – a business can rank number 1 in the search results for its industry for 7 days (R299). 8. Supplier Assessment feature - Business finders can order a basic due diligence report on a business (R149). 9. E-commerce payment gateway integration with Wordpress - both e-commerce and recurring billing. 10. Other features eg. google map, blog section, recently added, featured listing 11. Business finders can rate and add review comments to any niche business listed on the directory. That niche business should be able to respond. 12. Contact form to contact niche businesses PLUS their email address should not be public. 13. The website needs to be Search Engine Optimized and google analytics. SEO by Yoast to be used. Keywords to be discussed with client. 14. Social network integration and creation of facebook, linkedin, twitter accounts etc. 15. Bulk upload of database - I have an existing database of 4000+ niche businesses (paid users at a competitor's website) and would like the developer to pre-load the database (strategy to be discussed).
