SFDC Expert to provide SalesForce1, Visualforce & Canvas Integration for Web, Tablet & Mobile

Hello, We're in the process of building a [login to view URL] solution using custom objects within [login to view URL] and expect to have that completed in the next two to three weeks. Our company has been using [login to view URL] unlimited edition for some three years and are reducing our licensing costs by switching to [login to view URL] and spending some of the significant savings on custom development. There is one main object and several secondary objects that relate to it. It's a fairly simple and straightforward App. Less than 10 objects are used. The standard [login to view URL] page is frankly lacking and we're looking at developing a better User eXperience (UX). We want to use the power of [login to view URL] to make the regularly used pages/sections of our [login to view URL] App much more visually appealing and user friendly. The head office team that uses [login to view URL] has several road warriors and we want their experience via Tablet and Smartphone to be customised for their screens. For the rest of the head office team who use normal web pages (Chrome latest version and IE8 for legacy purposes) we want to significantly improve their user experience (UX) too. No we don't expect your solution to be suitable for IE8 :-) At this stage none of the work is expected to be customer facing but future work with us could entail this happening. The success of this first project is likely to lead to future work. We anticipate the solution will use Canvas Integration Salesforce1 Visual Force Heroku1 But you shouldn't feel limited in your choice of technology solution. We may also be interested in the creation of some dashboards and/or better reports of our data displaying in ways that users and management will want to use as opposed to death by Excel. We'd like this project to start in the first or second week of 2014 and hope you can deliver it within a few weeks. The speed would largely be driven by how quickly you can create concepts/ideas for our approval and then deliver them. We're an Australian based organisation but don't care where you're based so long as you can converse with us in English. We predominantly use Freelance chat or Google+ Hangouts. You'll be given full Admin access to our Sandbox for developing your solution. Liaison will be with myself although I may occasionally call in one of the business users to assist with testing. The successful bidder will be selected on the following criteria * Experience with [login to view URL] * Ability to provide examples, details or a portfolio of previous work in this field * Your Freelancer Profile - Completed Projects, Feedback, etc. * Your understanding of this project and ability to ask the right questions * Detailing what techniques/tools/resources you will use Please don't send me your cookie cutter automatic response you do for every single bid. I'm looking for someone who has taken the time to read and think about this project. There'll be an initial Milestone paid up front to come up with a very small proof of concept as to how you can improve a layout. e.g adjusting a single field or a small section of a page. Milestones after that will be based on mutual agreement. I anticipate paying you small amounts very regularly as the project progresses. I like regular opportunities for testing and feedback. We'll be conversing on at least a daily basis.
