I work for an investment company and we are looking to outsource our Google Ads. Each banner needs to be converted from a static illustrator file to an animated banner. Each banner must be 5fps and no more than 150k. There will be at least 2 messages (but can be up to 4) that you need to transition to (ie. first frame starts with one message and then that transitions to a second message and a call to action). Each banner must be created in 6 sizes and 7 languages. I am looking for a price per banner package (all sizes, all languages), as well as a price to produce 100 packages over two months.

I could use more info before I am able to give an accurate quote. I do have bandwidth for the production of these, but have some deal breaking questions. Thx! Do you have any previous examples to show? By animation - you may mean just flipping from one panel to the next OR did you have more complex animations in mind ( which may or may not be possible at that total file size). I assume all 42 illustrator files will be sent over OR is only 1 size going to be sent over and I would need to do the re-sizing as well. Lastly, 100 packages -- will need to clarify this (100x42 banners or just 100 banners more). Thx!
