We require approx. 32 minutes of fire scene audio to be transcribed to text on video to be embedded into a Premier Pro video (1289 x 720 final video). We would like to have the text of the wording scroll up and/or appear on the blank screen with each radio transmission. Some of the audio is indiscernible, which is fine and can be identified as such. Each time we know who is talking we would like that designation – for example: Engine 5: Engine 5 to Command. Command: Go Ahead Engine 5. This can be done on a transparent background at this time and may be kept on black or overlaid on an image.
