Beach Bar Design and CGI images

We have secured a small plot of land on the beach in the Caribbean (approx. 20ft x 40ft). We need to submit conceptual drawings. We are looking for expertise in designing a visually appealing and yet functional design for such a small space. It will be important that multiple ideas are presented. We currently operate a day sail charter business with two vessels and this will be an addition to our current business. Important elements are:
1) Visually appealing from the curb with view to the Sea. A Contemporary Caribbean feel.
2) Open seating and bar area that is covered for shade and protection from rain.
3) Functional bar area with sinks, refrigeration, spirits bottle display, storage, ice maker, and it needs to be secured easily.
4) Back room that can have extra storage or small retail area
5) If possible a back area that could serve as small food prep (deep fryer, grill, refrigeration, sink) Given the size of the plot this may not be possible.
6) Must have a Caribbean Beach Bar feel....colours, design, etc.
7) We are looking for a good balance between public seating areas and working/storage areas.
