Build an Interactive Graphing Website Based on an Excel File Upload

The attached MASTER file shows a different award organization in each tab. The other files show year-to-year tallies of people, games, and companies (developers and publishers). The scope of work for this project is to create a PHP program (web page) that will: 1. be installed onto a subdomain 2. allow updated versions of the MASTER file to be uploaded to the site back-end by admin only 3. automatically generate numbers spreadsheets like those attached here, based on what is in the MASTER file 4. display interactive graphs on the web site with the following functionality: a. default to showing all line graph data for at least the top 50 (or 100 for people) b. clearly invite and allow users to click on names of people, games, and companies to "reset" the line graphs to show only the selected combination of people, games, and companies to be represented on the graphs c. offer a choice between line and bar graphs where applicable d. allow for the image export or download of any given graph status e. require free registration after a certain amount of time or number of actions/interactions with the graphing feature In your response/bid, it must be absolutely clear that you read the project, looked at the file(s), and have something intelligent, clear, or informative to say about what you saw, or you will not be considered. There should be no expectation for cpanel access, paypal, or use of skype or any other communication outside this venue. All work files must be delivered at end of project, including all files and source code used to make the final product.
