Hi there, I guess anyone will be able to register, and at the time of registration we will allow them to select whether they want to register as a tradesmen or if they want to solicit a service. Solicitors will be able to post the job which can include a title, description, skills/tags, and possibly file attachments Tradesmen accounts will be able to search the listed jobs and post their quote which will be the cost in currency the solicitor has set for the job, and the message/proposal. Solicitor can select one of the offers and afterwards they can rate the service, and the tradesman can rate the customer if you want so. This is about what I feel is fitting for the budget, including the admin panel where you can manage users, manage jobs, and manage site settings. The code would be clean, and it would have a simple but nice and responsive design. I would send you the code after each released milestone for QC and testing, or you can test on my server. Will you take any fees, if yes then I assume you will need a payment gateway integration as well?
