Build a VGO Gambling website - Jackpot, Coinflip and Roulette

We are looking for Coder/Designer for a VGO Jackpot, Coinflip & Roulette Script.
Site uses Steam API to login and works with OPSkins API Trade System
What needs doing is Design , 3 Jackpots & Coinflips
Needs Doing.
- No Max Jackpot - High Ballers ( Where users add skins and a winner is picked will explain in more detail and show previews )
- $30 Max Jackpot - Mid Ballers ( Same as No Max Jackpot but users are only allowed to put in post max $30 )
- $10 Max Jackpot - Low Ballers ( Same as No Max Jackpot but users are only allowed to put in post max $10 )
- Chat system on the site ( With ability to add mod status on users names like highlighted color)
- Coinflips ( Users 1v1 for skins of the same value - Will explain and previews )
- 10% Jackpot , Coinflips will take a rake from each Jackpot/flip , And we can set the rake in skins get sent to anther OPSkins account auto.
-Backend for us to set the Jackpots/Flips rake of each one, add mods stats on chat by the Steam64 ID
GitHub might be able to help you with coding of the Jackpots and Coinflips, VGO integration etc.
MUST know what they are doing with OPSkins API, Steam API ,
We are also looking to add more features on this script in the future and would love to carry on working with the person that takes this on.
