hello, Scope : I have go through all the requirements and according to my understanding, website will focus over drivers & services provided by them. There will be registration/login system for drivers and through them drivers will manage their profiles. Customers visits website and will be able to search different taxis satisfying their needs. Once selected taxi driver can be booked online and once service has been delivered to customers, drivers will be rated out. Queries : 1)For booking ,online payment will be there. If yes, then what online payment gateway will be used. If no usage of online payment, then payment will be offline? 2)If offline payment, drivers has to confirm it via marking job complete over their website account? 3)Will drivers define the routes where they supposed to provide services between stations? 4)Will this website be country, area & location specific?
