I'm trying to create a website that is similar to the Facebook concept but it's purpose is not social networking. The website is for volunteer tutors to post their profiles online as well as their information and specialization, and for students to be able to search for these volunteer tutors based on taught subjects, level, and location. They can share any information they want. For example, if I'm a student in California and I want to search for a volunteer tutor in my area in the subject of high school Chemistry, I would enter the website, register, and be able to search for tutors based on country, city, subject, level, and all the tutors would appear. On the other hand, the tutors create their profiles and enter their teaching subjects, location, and level, and they would be searched by students based on their entries.
I have designed most of the website including logo, pages, colors, menus, widgets using Wordpress, mainly WP symposium pro and WPML plugins.

You are welcome to edit the shape/colors of the logo as long as the idea stays the same.
My main problem is the translation part, I can't seem to get one plugin to translate the whole content, each plugin would translate a certain part and leave another.
You obviously have to be a Wordpress expert to work on this.
Furthermore, I need all functionalities to be tested and test profiles to be created and tested. All tutor profiles should be approved by me, and I should be able to ban/ remove anyone through wordpress admin panel. I need the website to run on English, Arabic, French, Spanish, and simple Chinese.
Also, there should be room for advertising in case the website is successful and gets a lot of volume.
what this project needs is:
1- Functionality testing
2- Smooth look
3- Translation adjustment
4- Correct alignment for the Arabic side, especially registration form.
5- Rating system and reviews for tutors, as well as reporting fake profiles
6- creation of advertisement area on the sides where I can add and remove advertisements.
