I’m looking to partner DB & Web Developers and/or Designers in order to develop a database and a website related to some construction services.
I have made some pilot surveys and could expect promising returns from the project.
I am thinking of giving out my partners in return a % of the net profit of the potential subscriptions to the database for a period of say 3-4 years.
If you are interested, please let’s discuss the following:
- The scope that you can cover
- The scope that you can not cover and if you have recommendations thereto
- The structure of the suggested team
- How to protect the intellectual property of the project idea
- What you think a fair % distribution of net profit (for developing the database and the website and maintaining them throughout 3-4 years) (with no residual claim in equity)
- Your past relevant experience
