I'm giving a relatively detailed explanation which will hopefully be understood.
We use Zoho CRM and Books and want to integrate them with WooCommerce. Our existing B2C site is in Wix and will have to move to WooCommerce/Wordpress.
Our business involves B2B and B2C flows.
On the B2B side, we need the ability for customers and employees to create estimates/orders which translate into invoices and payments via Square. We need the ability to integrate with several suppliers to upload their catalog to our site. When the customer chooses the product they want, they also work with us on the design they want printed on the product (most often tee shirts). When the customer pays the invoice, we create and send PO's to vendors. We want to automate this with several large vendors. For the small suppliers, we will need to email them the PO. The B2B pricing matrix is complex as it includes brand, style, quantity based discounts, numbers of colors in the print design, etc. When we produce and ship the product, for some customers, we will track their inventory. For these customers, they will use Square POS devices to sale to their customers from our system.
We also manage online stores for each B2B customer where their customers can visit our site and order. The online B2C store will include the original product ordered by the B2B customer, along with other options they want their customers to have access to (e.g. hats, mousepads, etc). When these products are ordered, we need to integrate with a printing supplier who prints on demand and drop ships the order.
We will deliver this entire set of functionality in Stages, paying for each Stage one by one.
Stage 1: Landing Page plus B2B
Stage 2: Integrate Zoho & Woo (hopefully simple plug-in)
Stage 3: Move B2C stores from Wix to Woo
Stage 4: Add POS for B2B Customers to sell to their customers
