Creative Graphic Designer for Long-term project - expert designers only

Looking to collaborate with a PRO graphic designer long-term who will be assisting me with providing various design services to my clients. PLEASE NOTE (IMPORTANT) For first TEST JOB I will pay after work samples have been submitted & approved. The test job will be designing logo. I will give you brand name, color scheme & brief about client business. Basically I want to check your creative skills. Hence why we are looking for expert graphic designers ONLY. After that we will pay 50% before starting the project & 50% upon completion. Please present your past work samples so that I’m aware about your capabilities. Please no bizzare project bidding amount & no typical copy-paste proposal. I want an honest proposal about what you can do & what not. THE LIST OF JOB MAY VARY FROM: • Designing 30-50 social media images, based upon the concept/theme as I will provide. These images will be used for various social media posting by my clients. • Designing brochures/PDF files & presentation • Logo Design (anywhere from revamping old logo design to creating one based upon fresh design concept) • Banner Designing • Creating vector graphic elements; like mandala, arrows, etc • Etching Images; removing background from images & making it transparent • Converting image to vector • Website Design (sometimes) • Packaging Designing • Business Stationery – Letterhead, business card, pen, pencil, keychain, envelope, etc TOOLS YOU SHOULD BE EXPERT WITH : • Photoshop • Illustrator • InDesign You are free to use other tools as well. But I need all custom graphics delivered in Photoshop, PDF, PNG & Illustrator file format. All magazines designed will be delivered in Adobe InDesign only. YOU SHOULD BE SOMEONE WHO IS: - Honest (if there will be delay with delivering the work, let me know) - Always connected with Skype & Email - Fluent in English - Creative & open for challenging jobs - Have fast internet connectivity - Knows how to use Dropbox
