Re-edit and design of real estate brochure:
Create Dynasty Real Estate logo see image below of the logo design we want and provide EPS/vector version for printing purposes and further instructions on how we want the brochure to be are below:
1. DYNASTY in black
2. Change to real estate where (capital is in sample logo) in red
3. NO SALE NO CHARGE in black writing
4. Change from $7000 to “$8000, fixed fee commission only when we sell your property! (all capital letters and exactly as written to be underlined up till exclamation mark). Increase font size little bit bigger and red writing font.
5. If you are considering selling now or would like a free market appraisal of your property (no change)
6. CONTACT AREA SPECIALIST change background from black to red as done in the back side
7. Only have phone Number and email address (telephone and fax number to be removed)
8. If your property is listed or managed by another agent please disregard this communication (no change)
Back side:
Keep everything same except:
1. Change wording under three months free management including... “ -if you are not satisfied with your current property manager, then switch to us to notice the difference”
2. Only include name, email and phone details as done in front side (address, fax and telephone number to be removed)
