Design, Develop and Code a Classifieds Website

We own an online retail business and have recently purchased a very specific domain which we want to host an Equestrian Classifieds Website on. We are looking for a company or individual that can design and code the site and then remain in contact with us for continued upgrades and development in the future. The website will be fully mobile responsive. The website will allow users to list their horses and equestrian equipment for sale by POSTING ADVERTS, the site will be offering classified listing services to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada. Users should be able to list their items for sale in their local currency with the adverts displaying in the chosen currency of the buyer. The site will be free to list on but will have payment options to "feature your advert" for 3 days, 7 days, 15 days or 30 days which will include your advert on the sites home page under "featured adverts" or the users will also be able to pay to bump their advert to the top of the listings. The site will detect if the user is in UK, US or Canada and automatically show listings for the users country. The user can also select to view other countries listings from a drop down if they want to. Users will be able to search for a horse for sale or for loan by Keyword, by type of horse, by price, by height and then by breed, by region, by colour. They will be able to select to view listings with or without video. The site shal be accessible to us via an "admin panel" where we should be able to approve adverts, The website will be ultra modern and work very well on tablets using a hamburger button and slide out side menu. We made an attempt at designing it ourself using an online template system and this was a disaster, the site looks terrible - you can see it here [login to view URL] We are open to template based systems as long as they allow for complete access to code so that you the developer/coder can make absolutely any changes required, with little or no restrictions. In our research of all Equestrian Classifieds websites we found our biggest competitiors have very old fashioned and very busy/messy websites, we want our website to be modern, minimalist and uber functional.
