Design a mockup for web based file tracking management system

Hi, Following is a brief description of the project:- 1. Need for designing mockup of web based file/task tracking management system. 2. It will be like a web dashboard where on the left there will be various tabs. On the main screen, there will be a various boxes and radio buttons to select. The file/task tracking management system will have workflow comprising of file number, name of file/task, deadline of task/file (this will be like a calender), days to go (for completion of task/file), officer assigned to, pendency at (officer name), send reminder sms button. Further, there will be 2 buttons to save and edit. 3. Further, on the web dashboard, there will be option on the left to - add/edit/delete officer details - name, post, phone number. - list of pending/completed files/tasks - also an option to add/edit/delete tasks/files.
